Dear Jesus,

my redeemer and friend.

I thank you for the invitation to follow you

I thank you that I am your disciple.

Today, and every day, I choose you.

You lead and I will follow.

I let go of my idols,

I let go of anything that I love more than you.

I lay it all at your feet

I know that you who began a good work in me

will be faithful to complete it.

Holy Spirit I ask you to convict,

correct

and comfort me as I seek to hear from you daily.

My desire is for my spirit to feel connected to yours

now and in every moment.
