Prayer of Invitation
Jesus, help me to open the doors of my heart
where I have knowingly or unknowingly kept you presence shut out.
Show me the areas that I feel I have to keep pristine for those around me.
Show me the areas I feel I have to tidy up in your presence.
Show me the areas I feel I have too hide from you and others.
Show me the part of myself that I have buried and don’t see.
I invite you in, Jesus.
Help me to surrender these areas knowing that you will never stop loving me.
