Lord, you are the maker of my body.

You knit me together in my mother’s womb.

You called my design good.

God, I know through your Word that you are the great healer.

You designed my body miraculously.

Right now I call on You and your miraculous healing power to touch my body.

I ask for sustained health

I ask for your wisdom in learning to care for my body.

Lead me to the right resources to care for myself.

I ask for Your insight to understand how you uniquely made me. 

Help me to work with and not against the body you have given me.

It is a good gift from you. 

I know that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit

and that by your stripes, I am healed.
